I am a professionally trained chef with a classical culinary education in Berlin, Germany, certified through the German IHK dual training system. My background is rooted in European craftsmanship, precision, and discipline, combined with years of international experience and live-event cooking.
Over the years, I have worked as a chef and head chef in Germany before establishing and operating restaurants in India, including concepts focused on Japanese cuisine and sushi, Asian fusion, and fire-driven cooking. My culinary range spans Italian, Mediterranean, South American, German, and modern vegetarian cuisine, with a strong specialization in open-fire grilling, smoked foods, artisanal sausages, and traditional German bakery and bread-making.
I offer curated chef-led experiences for private dining, luxury events, weddings, and corporate gatherings, combining refined menus with live cooking, fire, smoke, and thoughtful presentation. Every event is tailored individually — from intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations — with a focus on quality ingredients, clear flavors, and flawless execution.
I work across India and internationally, adapting seamlessly to different locations, cultures, and event formats. The starting price is ₹35,000 per event, with final pricing negotiable depending on menu design, guest count, and event requirements.




Our Menus
Our menus are designed as curated culinary experiences, each built around a clear concept and refined through classical technique, fire, and time. Rooted in European craftsmanship and shaped by international influences, they combine tradition with modern execution and live cooking elements.
The Italian menu celebrates comfort and elegance through wood-fired pizzas, handmade pasta, filled ravioli, soft gnocchi, slow-simmered soups, and rustic grill dishes inspired by regional Italian kitchens. Mediterranean influences follow with fire-grilled seafood, lamb and chicken, mezze-style plates, fresh herbs, olive oil, citrus, and light, vibrant flavors that suit both intimate gatherings and large outdoor events.
For bold, expressive occasions, the South American fire grill menu centers on open-flame cooking, premium meats, smoky sauces, and dramatic live grilling inspired by Argentinian and Peruvian traditions. German cuisine is presented through artisanal cold plates, smoked and grilled sausages, classic sides, and refined comfort dishes, reflecting a deep respect for craftsmanship, smoking, and bakery traditions.
A dedicated vegetarian and optional vegan menu completes the selection, built around smoked and charred vegetables, house-smoked tofu and paneer, fermentation, and fire-driven techniques. These dishes are designed to feel complete and indulgent, offering depth and balance rather than compromise.
Across all menus, the focus remains on quality ingredients, clear flavors, careful preparation, and a calm, professional execution. Each menu can be adapted, combined, or expanded to suit the event, the location, and the guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable culinary experience.
